Mmmmm…nothing hits the spot like ice-cold lemonade! But the usual store-bought lemonade is loaded with sugar, so we have a better idea. Fruit-infused water helps you stay hydrated, and it’s delicious!

Berry Burst
- 8 cups water
- 1 cup raspberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 kiwi (peeled & sliced), and
- 8 mint leaves, or more to taste
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Stir well and strain, then top with some fresh fruit if desired.
Pineapple Mint
- 1/4 pineapple, peeled and thinly slicedÂ
- 10-12 leaves mint, lightly crushed,
Add to a pitcher, top with filtered water and stir gently. Let infuse for a few hours, store in refrigerator.
Cherry Lime
- Two cups of fresh halved cherries
- One fresh lime, thinly sliced
Add to a gallon pitcher. Top with filtered water and stir gently. Let infuse for a few hours, store in refrigerator.
Raspberry Grapefruit
- One grapefruit, thinly sliced with rind on
- ½ cup fresh raspberries
Add to a gallon pitcher. Top with filtered water and stir gently. Let infuse for a few hours, store in refrigerator.
Mango Pineapple
- 1 fresh mango, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 cup of finely-chopped pineapple
Add to a half gallon pitcher. Top with filtered water and stir gently. Let infuse for a few hours, store in refrigerator.
Orange Grape
- 2 cups of halved organic grapes
- 1 orange, thinly sliced with the rind
Add to a gallon pitcher. Top with filtered water and stir gently. Let infuse overnight, store in refrigerator.
Watermelon Basil
- 2 cups of finely chopped watermelon (no rind)
- 15 basil leaves, lightly crushedÂ
Add to a pitcher. Top with filtered water and stir gently. Let infuse for a few hours, store in refrigerator.
Strawberry Lemon
- 15 fresh strawberries, washed and thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced with the rind
Add to a pitcher. Top with filtered water and stir gently. Let infuse for a few hours, store in refrigerator.
